ABOUT AMC
Evolving healthcare outside of the traditional four walls
As the cost and complexity of healthcare continue to rise in the United States, we believe the answers to solving our biggest challenges start in the home.
Our Mission
We help people lead healthier, longer lives from the comfort of their home - with proactive insights to spot complications earlier and the clinical support needed to thrive.
Our Story
AMC Health was founded in 2002 by Nesim Bildirici after the loss of his father, Gabriel, to heart failure. Motivated by that experience, Nesim set out to evolve how chronic conditions are managed, making care more connected and accessible from home. Twenty years later, AMC Health is a leader in virtual care and digital health, powering some of the largest programs in the world.

He holds a Master of Public Health in Gerontology, an MBA, and a BA in Literature & Philosophy, all from Columbia University. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys hiking, travel, and reading.
