amc health about us

Our Mission

As the cost and complexity of healthcare continue to rise in the United States, we believe the answers to solving our biggest challenges start in the home. We help people lead healthier, longer lives from the comfort of their home - with proactive insights to spot complications earlier and the clinical support needed to thrive.

Our Story

AMC Health was founded in 2002 by Nesim Bildirici after the loss of his father, Gabriel, to heart failure. Motivated by that experience, Nesim set out to advance how chronic conditions are managed, making care more connected and accessible from home. Twenty years later, AMC Health is a leader in virtual care and digital health, powering some of the world's largest programs.

What sets us apart

Principles that shape how AMC Health operates and how we deliver virtual care that actually works.

Designed for complex cases

We design for the most complex, hardest-to-reach patients first: chronic, rural, dual-eligible, and high-acuity populations.

Powered by real clinicians

AMC Health staffs its own clinical care teams in the United States, accountable to our standards, our patients, and our partners.

More than a tech platform

Software, devices, and AI exist to support clinical judgment, not replace it. We believe virtual care still requires real human care.

Founder-led for over 20 years

A long-term mission to not only improve the health of America, but fundamentally advance how care is delivered to patients in their home
